Comic Relief does Celebrity Driving School starred; Paul O’Grady, Gareth Gates, Natalie Cassidy, Simon Day, Nadia Sawalha and Jade Goody and was a fun Comic Relief spin-off of the successful ‘Driving School’ series. In this memorable celebrity special, the contestants even found out live in the Comic Relief studio if they had passed their driving test!
The graphics package developed for the four part series had to be extremely versatile, allowing for last minute amendments and design development; as is often the case with live production based series. The design concept was based upon the DVLA driving school learning manual and of course the Comic Relief branding. An animated 3D and 2D animation sequence was produced to create a graphics branded package used throughout the series.
Titles, Transitions, Credits and Stings were produced.
