“People’s Partnership – Responsible Business“
People’s Partnership, one of the UK’s leading workplace pension providers, wanted to communicate its purpose-driven approach and social impact in a way that resonated with members, partners, and stakeholders. With a proud history spanning over 80 years, managing more than £39 billion in assets for over 7 million members, the challenge was to make complex financial services feel accessible, human, and socially meaningful.
Holey & Moley were commissioned by T&S Advertising to bring this vision to life through an animated video designed for online and social platforms. Our brief was clear: communicate what sets People’s Partnership apart — that it exists to benefit people rather than shareholders, that its business creates tangible social impact, and that it manages members’ money responsibly with long-term social and environmental considerations.
Our creative approach blended human storytelling with clean, modern visuals. Real people and environments were combined with vibrant, energetic animation to create a sense of approachability and optimism. Using 3D animation, parallax layering, and dynamic camera moves, we transformed source images into immersive 3D environments, guiding viewers through the narrative in sync with voice-over and music. Seamless transitions, bold line animation, and depth effects were employed to keep the storytelling fluid, engaging, and professional without feeling overly flashy and commercial.
The visual style maintained a consistent brand palette while integrating photography naturally, reinforcing familiarity and trust. Techniques such as trim paths spline animation, soft vignettes, glow, depth of field, and logo animation added polish, energy, and clarity to key messages. Every element of the animation was crafted to amplify People’s Partnership’s purpose-driven identity and communicate social impact clearly.
The outcome was a video that clarified the “profit-for-people” identity, aligned internal stakeholders around responsible business goals, and enhanced external credibility and trust in the financial services and ESG space. By translating complex financial concepts into engaging, human-centred animation, we helped position People’s Partnership as a socially responsible, approachable, and forward-thinking financial provider.
